Facebooking for the Good looking!

I have been having so much fun playing in my positive thinking facebook group, posting whatever I feel moved to share.  Here's some of them.  I love looking on the bright side, feeling so connected, and sharing my good vibes.  :)

The Universe loves me so much. I always have so much fun everyday. Everything is easy! Everything works out for me, the pieces come together, I always get ahead.  My Higher self, archangels, guides, ascended masters, and the Universe gives me signs all the time.   As I go with the flow, feeling the love, they cheer me on. Life gets better everyday! I am happy. I am loved. I am rich. I am beautiful. I am sexy. I am creative. I am dynamic. I am wonderful. I am a genius. I shine my Light so bright, showering the world with my love. I AM filled with JOY as I feel my alignment and Divine connection. Did you feel it?

Say what you want to feel...and feel what you say. I love shouting from the rooftops of ~I love life!

Blame game is always the same...lame.
This Dame, you cannot tame, I'm destined for fame.

Life’s a beach.  The beach was beautiful today! My kids found a hole on the beach already dug out, which is a magical find for kids. All these kids flocked to them and we always have new friends we meet. I love watching my kids be so accepting of others, sharing their stuff, and making life their playground. Seamus spots dogs a mile away, this russet colored dog was named Nacho whose owners had a baby with Seamus's birthday. The ocean renews my spirit, seeing how everything is so connected and I am so blessed and loved. Ahh...life's good.

Next time someone asks me, "How are you?" I'm going to say...
"Luscious,
Fabulous,
Delicious!"

And then when they look shocked, I'm going to say, "I am perfection!"

When they search for words to respond, I'll say, "Dontcha just love me!" And I'll laugh like an eccentric-happy-rich-woman because...WHY NOT!

When I see a rainbow,
Then I know,
Where to go.
I am on track,
No looking back.
The Universe is on my side,
And always there to guide.
A higher way of seeing
Is from my Inner Being.
It's not hocus pocus,
Just razor sharp focus.
Knowing I'm Money,
Sweet as Honey.
It's all about Trust,
That is my Must.
No need to wait,
To know that I am great.
Opening up my heart,
Is always where I start,
I'm sending you a Love dart! ---> ♥

Everyone chooses
so no one loses.
You can eat meat,
or only wheat,
in your bare feet.
What you think is fine
defining for you what is Divine.
So enjoy you wine,
No worry of crossing the line.
The key is to Align.
It's the time,
to ring your own chime.

Freedom is what it's about,
Releasing any doubt,
And I'm here to shout!
Work it girl,
give it a whirl!
Envision your dreams,
No matter what your life seems.
You're always within range,
For things to start to change.
Take a chance,
Focus on Abundance.
You can concur
A Bright future.
Even if it's a blur,
It'll come together.
Make a wish,
Swim like a fish,
Or eat something delish.
Feel good & align,
In no time you'll get a sign,
Pure love from the Divine.
And you will manifest,
The absolute very best!!!

BRAT!

Sometimes, my inner diva/teenager/rebel/brat is chirping in my ear.  Let's call her Belinda Really Annoying Today.  What a brat!  Unlike my usual high level of happiness, in a brat moment...my ego comes out mad like a tiger, feeling defeated like Eeyore, whines like a child not getting their way, life is crap like a pessimist, competitive like a warrior, oh my!  No need to feel bad, just redirect your energy and lighten up.  I think BRAT!

Being (My authentic true self)
Repatterning (Changing thoughts, actions, speaking)
Attitude (Postivity-being a deliberate focuser with my feeling-setting the tone)
Transformation (Living from the place of alignment and connection on all levels)

When you speak to anyone, you set the tone for your experiences and your life.  Before speaking, focus on your lips.   Mine are perfect and pouty, might I add.  :)
Life
Is
Perfect,
Sweetie!

If your Brat still wants to stick around, making you doubt yourself.  Keep doing your thing, smile, and get your good mojo feelings going!  Take a walk and smell a flower.  Here's a positive TIP:
Trust
In the
Process

Today my mind was wandering and I thought about my writing, my book, looking for an agent, publishers, the economy, abundance...it's like a super highway in there, that's why I talk so fast.  If you watch TV and take their opinions you get caught up in that thinking.  I came across Warren Buffett and realized he is an out-of-the-boxer.  I wanted my brat to hear about people like that and Benjamin Franklin, who pushed the boundaries as well as others of their times, to change the world.  I also thought of the great like Einstein, Edison, and the Wright brothers.  They were in their own worlds. If they would have been speaking to their neighbors, their neighbors would have said, "Albie (or Tommy or you knucklehead Wright Brothers) be logical, be realistic, you're talkin' crazy talk!"  Edison's teacher said he was "addled" which means confused.  Come on, he was a freethinker.  His mind wandered.  Well, doesn't everyone's?  Edison saw what others had done and expanded on them.  He saw the beginnings of great ideas and came up with better concepts.  These inventors, geniuses, writers, businessmen did not succeed at first but built up that energy with gusto and kept going!  They did not let self doubt (their brat) or others deter them-their vision was clear.  These men thought BIG!
Bold
Ingenius
Gutsy

When you expand your mind, the Universe expands with you.  These ideas that flowed forth from the masters, let their GENIUS shine through and allowed it come out and blossom.

It all starts with thought.  A few years ago, I thought, I want to be a writer. Anyone can write, I will write.  Now look...I am a writer.  What am I writing for?  Success or for the fun of it?  Allowing my creativity flow, letting my Divine spark ignite, enjoying free expression.  I love to express myself, can't ya tell?  I am following my bliss.  Getting published, making money is the goal but I am having fun on the journey.  Writing is BLISS for me.  I am so going to market these on t-shirts.  Because who doesn't love me a sparkly novelty t-shirt with a positive vibe?

Just to remind your brat who is boss, you can write affirmations on post-its and place on your mirror, in your closet, your car, wherever.  Your brat doesn't know when the quest is over.  You lose weight, make more money, and it's never enough.  Choose good thoughts for your Brat to think.  Here's one.  Life is...

Enjoy your today!  There is no right way.  Just do it your way, not that there's any other way!  Frank Sinatra had it right with "My way."  Let the Universe sort out the details, as you put your energy into what you love, what inspires, and uplifts you.  There's always been naysayers.  Just picture them in their underwear.  Just kidding!  Allow others to have their opinion, as you have yours.  They are right for them.  Whatever they think, the Universe brings them more of.  It's the Law of Attraction, baby!  Whtever you focus on, you create more of.  Ignore that brat, when you chat, like it's a gnat, and appreciate where you're at. Appreciate mucho!  Sending loads of appreciation, love bubbles, and good thoughts to all who read and support my writing.  We are all brilliant ROCKSTARS at life!!!

P.S.  (As in Pretty Sensational)  I find inspiration in many ways.  I love quotes and there are many great quotes from Thomas Edison, Albert Einstein, Warren Buffett, Oprah Winfrey, Buddha, Jesus, and many others who were forward thinkers.  www.brainyquotes.com is one resource to look them up.  (Obviously you can look in the Bible for Jesus)

Addicted to Happiness!!! :)

Hello Lovies!!!  I am back from the magical land of Disney World.  I had a blast.  I am always learning & loving something!  I am so excited to be making a deliberate intention to focus on the most positive way of being and keeping my vibrations higher...which makes me HAPPY!  Tweaking the way I tell my story is a great way to feel good.  Recalling my trip and speaking of the hiccups lowers my mood, unless I can make it funny, which I always do.  I milk the good parts, bask in my inner brilliance, focusing on JOY.  I had opportunities in plans changing where there was the need to go with the flow.  *ALWAYS* finding I really do feel my way to happiness.  Being around certain people, watching certain things, talking about specific subjects lead to certain emotions.  I LIKE TO FEEL GOOD-so I go in that direction.  I LOVE ignoring, when I can, what I don't want/like and putting my energy into what I do want/like, enjoying everything I can.  I love learning about what makes me happy, knowing everyone will benefit from that.  I put myself first, let myself shine, loving me, and living the life I want.  Let people talk, let them think you are crazy.  Who cares?  On my vacation, I got my face painted and the girl gave me extra glitter, I bought, sequined Mickey ears, a sparkly tiara, and my Mommy bought me a princess one that lights up.  And I am 33!  My Daddy rolls his eyes but I know secretly I amuse him.  I like to play, be silly, and always grow-becoming more happy.

Here's some luscious life learnings:  The first key for me was to be my own COP to my thoughts.  Letting go on a daily basis until you realize your thoughts are clearer.  If your thoughts dwell on:
Comparing yourself to others
Opinions of others mattering more than your own
People Pleasing

You can stop a thought before it sprouts another one by saying, BACK THE TRUCK UP!  I missed my turn and I am going in a different direction.  ~Comparing yourself to others, for one, is like aiming your dart at the wrong target.  It's like a sapphire wanting to be an emerald.
~Opinions of others mattering more than your own.  The opinion that others have about you-is about them, not you.  You tell people who you are, not vice versa.

~Pleasing others is fruitless.  Your job is to make you happy, and there job is to make themselves happy.  Fill up your own tank and you will be a joy to be around-everyone will be better off.

My JOB is...
Joy
Of

Being!

I love the saying "It's all good."  Knowing that happiness is an inside job!  All is well with me.~

Everything we say is an affirmation we are declaring to others and the Universe.  What are you saying?  It is awesome knowing that we can change how we speak of things, ourselves, and others.  When we do-things do change.

Oh YEAH~Rock on with your BAD self!

Oh YEAH, as in:
Youthful

And Bad as in:
Beautiful
Amazing
Diva!

I love being silly and having fun!  I love letting my dork out, my rockstar, blingin' princess, and spiritual goddess at the same time!   My parents wanted me to grow up, like all of them do and I did.  You follow their rules.  One of my Dad's was you can never leave the house with wet hair.  LOL.  He made up his own rules for himself and me.  His rules always crack me up.  As a mom, sometimes my kids will question my rules and I laugh because I think—I don't know?  It's because everyone else does, you are suppose to, or some book says so.  I have learned that I really want my kids to be happy, live their best life for them, and  love themselves over all.  When I was younger, I did what was expected and would feel good and then I wouldn't.  I remember a boyfriend didn't like my perfume so I stopped wearing it.  OH MY, I was good at becoming the chameleon/people pleaser/altered version of myself.  We cannot be truly happy living by others rules, standards, or ideals if they— at our core, are not ours.  We can try them on to see if they fit, mix them with our own, finding a balance or it makes us more clear on what we do want/like/believe.

Now, I come full circle to having my teenage daughter trying to give me rules.  I am to only post once a day on Facebook and I must get three comments or it's a failure, to be taken down immediately.  I must dress like a MOM, which apparently means I must dress from JCPenney, which is funny because I got some killer glitter high heels from there.  I am being told to grow up again and follow some more rules.  Well, I intuitive go through my life making them up and changing them as I go allow.  That's what we all do, make our own.   Btw, my daughter listed about 20 rules that I break on a daily basis.  I laugh at this!

The old version of GROWing up:
Getting
Real with
Our
World

The new version is GROWing as a person:
Gaining a
Relationship with
Ourselves!
Wahoo!!!

We are always growing into a new version of ourselves-everyday!  Thank goodness we are always changing, it is way more FUN to be able to making new choices, new preferences, new friends, new beginnings, new favorites, and new lives.  You can even have everything stay the same and just think in a new way, change your favorite color, find a new hobby, or get a cute new hairstyle.  Sometimes it isn't until there is a life crisis or some life-changing thing happens that forces us to change.  Why wait until something happens?  BE who you want to be NOW!

If no one ever broke the rules—nothing would have ever changed.  You don't necessarily need to quit your day job and become a rockstar but you could have a garage band, take singing lessons, or even just listen to your favorite music real loud and play air guitar more often.  I am REALLY good at that!  Why not?  That's my answer a lot!  A great question I have heard was, What would you do if you knew you wouldn't fail?  Hmmm.  It reminds me of being young and seeing the world full of possibilities.  Well, guess what?  They are still there.  What usually stands in your way is fear.  And without that, what would you be.  A lot happier and freer.  Think about it.

And if people make fun of your changes (like my daughter does to me), remember you are living YOUR life, not theirs.  Those nudge buckets that tease you help you gain confidence and a good sense of humor.  I love you darling daughter, McKayla.  And Love & Light to all!

Moonstruck

Ahhhh.....The super moon!  I had to go down to the beach and see the majesty of the beautiful Universe.  All the clearing, cleansing, and releasing of old patterns that went along with it-I embrace it all.  I am so glad I have the awareness to see clearly.

I felt the energy changing leading up to it and I was feeling out of balance.  But I fought it hard, as the positive person I am.  I try to focus on what I want and like, as much as I can.  Complaining is not something I like to dwell in too much...it's yucky!  I see worry and guilt as the same thing—negativity, only one is in the future and other is in the past. I did not want to talk about my funky monkey mood because I did not want to create more of it and and wished I could hide in a cave.  Well, my four kids would not have appreciated it very much.  And most moms have had those days where you are trying...but everything keeps ticking you off.

My youngest, one year old Seamus, was teething and crabby which helped.  LOL.  He knocked over my ice water which I yelled for a towel to my daughter, as I was drenched and trying to prevent it from getting under the computer tower.  As I put my wet sweatshirt in the laundry room, I was doing the mad-talk-where-you-say-&^#$@-whatever-stupid water.  I know I would have been comical to watch.  I went in my room to get another shirt and I started to cry and all these emotions came up, out of nowhere.  I knew it was old patterns of thought I use to think.  Thank God, I don't anymore!  It was the story where you are telling yourself all this stuff where you are a victim and all this stuff is wrong—it was an EGO pity party.  I would wipe my tears and go in another room and boo-hoo would come back.  So I surrendered for a few minutes and let the storm pass.  I told my daughter, every once in a while you need a good cry.  I knew that I wanted to feel better so I put up Easter decorations and voila!  I was in my happy place again!

I let go of the drama and allowed myself to naturally get back to ME.  I know the real me is a beautiful, kind, creative, dynamic, authentic, smart, positive, among others and I OWN it!  You have to love yourself, all of you!  So new acronyms:

Flying babycakes!

My babycakes, Seamus Patrick, is a funny lil' guy.  He turned one last month and he's so adorable, he makes my heart swell with love every day.  He's a love cuddler, very determined to hang out in the dishwasher, be on my hip, and eat any tiny speck of anything on the floor.  Walking, he's like...whatever...I'll get to it when I want.  He is laid back when it comes to walking but he can get this fiery temper about anything else.  He's interesting to watch and I see parallels in my own life.  He would take a few steps and I'd think...he's a walker.  Well, the next day, he'd pretend like that never happened.  A few days later, he's be hotdoggin' at 11pm, smiling proudly-I'm doin' it-and you can't stop me.  Oh look, there's something for me to knock over, someone left a cup with water, there's some paper over there-that-I-can-rip-up-and-eat, I'm walking over there.  My husband would come home around, Seamus would not walk, he'd crawl or want to be held.  Now, he's showing my husband he can walk and he's laughing at himself, out of excitement and happiness that he falls over.  Learning anything new is kinda like that.

On my journey to find happiness-God for me-myself-life I am walking now.  I am not running yet but that's totally fine.  When I was in my crawling stage, I would read about spiritual subjects and that's it.  As my learning continued and I was learning to walk on my own path, I would walk the talk sometimes.  I would read about being spiritual and coming from my Higher Self (inner being-soul-whatever you like) and  I would think I understood.  Someone would make me mad, do something I didn't like, or the wind would blow the wrong way and I'd forget how to walk.  I would get mad, judgment, playing victim-you know-totally from my ego but I swear I really meant well.  LOL.  I felt like everyone needed to do things my way, understand me, validate me, make me happy-WOW, giving all my power away.  Along the way, wonderful people were teaching me to walk authentically and I would hold their hand, as I wobbled along.  I would admire how well they walked, their strides looked smooth and some of them could walk, in high heels, or even run.  I aimed for that but wasn't sure if I would ever get there.  Living my life and time continued on-I was dedicated to being me and living a joyous life.  I gained clarity.  I realized I can never follow anyone elses path because it is their own and their swagger is their own.  Did you ever try to mimic someone's footsteps in the sand and follow their imprints, it's awkward.  Just like I thought I should be like Oprah, my Mom, Wayne Dyer and many others-that would be dreadful.

I realize more every day how fabulous I am by BEING myself and allowing others to be themselves.  Honoring others path when different from yours takes skills but it's worth it.  I focus on my happiness and my connection rather than being on a never-ending quest.  My life's purpose is unveiled every day, more and more as I write, play, meditate, love, laugh, and be.  Last night, I had an amazing dream where I was flying-it was so FUN!  Instead of learning to run and succeed, I am learning to fly, letting my spirit soar to greater heights.  They say the sky's the limit, but what do the know?  My wish for my kids is to give them wings to fly.  Before you know it, Seamus will dream big and I will teach him to fly.  Being his own bird, of course, my babycakes will probably fly in his own direction.  And I will smile.  :)

Good crazy!

I could go through life being quite and demure.  Those of you who know me, would think this to be impossible and utterly ridiculous more me to try.  This would be sad to live from the place of trying to be a certain way that I am not.  I know for some, being themselves comes naturally but for me at times it wasn't.  Now I am just blasting the fullness of my free spirit and I'm holding on for the wild ride to come.  I'm letting the good crazy out.

In my beautiful brain, I have great new ideas popping up as I let go of dramas.  If you choose to change your thought patterns from victim-this is wrong, that is wrong...blah, blah, blah.  It is not that you don't have an absolute right to think whatever you want, it's that whatever you focus on-you create more of.  When something isn't going well, you know you don't want...that now you know what you do want.  Talk and think about what you do want and see what happens.  I use my imagination to think about all the awesome things that can happen, appreciation for what I have, and enjoying whatever I am doing.  Dwell in the possibilities...I love that.

I focus on FUN=and I am the acronym Queen so here's some that come to mind because I focus on it.

It's so fun to play with words and I love to name everything.  I've always been obsessed with names.  That's why I love naming my fictional characters.  Listen, I'll name your car, your plant, your computer ...if you want.  Because...why not?  My husband's name is Brian but I have nicknamed him Breoni Pepperoni...get your mind outta the gutter.  It's funny!  B Love or B Money, like a rapper but really because I like the energy of it.  Even as a kid, I would make everyone's name into an acronym.  It's a gift.  LOL  My initials are JP= Just Perfect, Joyous Pretty, Jazzy Peaceful.

Words have power to make us feel a certain way.  Just like the=the next time some asks you how you are, even if it's so-so...say-Peach keen, jellybean.  Well, you don't have to say that but tell the highest version you can of your reality. Make a theme for your dinner, your party, your day.  Wear a cool hat.  Be more colorful in your house, your life, your clothes.   Above all...be YOURSELF and let others be themselves.  Accepting others means you accept yourself.  Next time you see someone who seems to jusge you so much, know that they are not allowing themselves to be themselves.  Tell them it's okay to let their freak flag fly.  they'll love that!

Silly and fun is....so worth it. It's the good crazy.  ;p
